Job summary

Hometown Soccer Holdings (HSH) seeks a Manager, Merchandise & Brand Programs to own merchandise marketing, storytelling, limited drops, and fan-service retail programs that turn product into identity for its multi-club soccer portfolio.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will manage the portfolio calendar, run launch campaigns, and coordinate e-commerce marketing with Performance & Lifecycle Marketing, providing assets and timing to clubs for local market success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in merchandise marketing, retail marketing, brand marketing, or e-commerce.
• End-to-end product launches with strong storytelling and calendar discipline.
• Comfort analyzing sell-through, margin data, and adjusting plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio merchandise marketing calendar across all clubs and HSH.
• Build and run product launch campaigns, including kit launches and club releases.
• Own product storytelling—why a piece exists and why a fan should want it.
• Coordinate club-specific merchandise marketing for local markets.
• Sequence launches to avoid cannibalization across clubs.
