Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage with customers, follow loss prevention and merchandising standards, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain an organized, welcoming store environment.

You may be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas of the store as needed to support business goals and provide exceptional service consistent with our brand.

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
