Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring at our USA Marshalls Store 1305 Eagan, MN. You will provide excellent customer service, ring purchases, promote credit and loyalty programs, and help maintain store merchandising and recovery standards.

We value teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. A flexible schedule is required; strong communication and attention to detail help you succeed.

• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
