The TJX Companies, Inc. in Erie, PA is seeking a Store Associate to deliver a high-quality guest experience across our TJ Maxx store. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean sales floor, and support merchandising and loss-prevention standards to help store performance.

You will work with a diverse team, handle transactions, promote loyalty programs, and contribute to a friendly store culture. A flexible schedule and strong communication skills are essential to success.
