Job summary

Sierra Store 0106 in Aurora, CO, part of TJX Companies, seeks a team member to enhance customer service and operate the sales floor. You will ring purchases, promote loyalty programs, and maintain displays with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, multitasking ability, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule. Retail experience is a plus; training is provided.

• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows merchandising procedures and standards
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
