Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Supporting all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting store assets, including cash, and adhering to safety policies.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keeping store areas, stockroom, and sales floor organized per company standards.
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Managing receipt and return of DSD merchandise following company policies.
• Assisting with freight flow management and stock replenishment.
• Meeting or exceeding productivity standards.
• Supporting ordering, stocking, and merchandising efforts, including planning and maintaining sales-effective displays.

Minimum requirements include:

• Preferred prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
