Job Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Help with hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated by the Store Manager
• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Assist in protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors
• Ensure the store, stockroom, and sales floor meet company standards, including recovery
• Provide supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present
• Process corporate directives and store communications
• Assist with merchandise receipt, returns, and freight flow management
• Meet or exceed productivity standards
• Order, stock, and organize merchandise, including refrigerated items
• Maintain effective sales floor and stockroom organization
• Plan and implement merchandising strategies and sales planners

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment
