Job summary

Leader Automotive Group in Bloomington–Normal, IL is seeking a Mercedes-Benz Technician with a passion for luxury vehicles. You will diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz models, working on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and brakes while adhering to manufacturer standards.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, experience with European brands, and a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred but not required; paid training and career growth opportunities are

Qualifications

• Mercedes-Benz training or European/luxury experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• ASE certification (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Work on engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, and brake systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repair needs
