Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield, now part of MileOne Autogroup, is seeking a skilled technician for a rare flat-rate opening. We offer premier hiring packages to qualifying technicians and a temperature-controlled facility.

Responsibilities include performing work on repair orders, diagnosing malfunctions, road-testing vehicles, and documenting repairs to dealership standards. ASE certifications are preferred; a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive experience in a dealership or independent shop.
• ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform appropriate repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair.
• Document work performed on repair orders.
