Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield is seeking a flat-rate automotive technician to join our growing team. We offer premier hiring packages and opportunities for continued training, including ASE certifications and State Inspection Certification.

The role involves performing repairs per repair orders, diagnosing malfunctions, road-testing vehicles, and documenting work. Qualified candidates have 4 years of dealership or independent-shop experience and a valid driver’s license; ASE certifications are

Qualifications

• 4 years automotive experience in a dealership or independent shop.
• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair
• Document work performed on repair order
