Where You Will Work

Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway 191, Morenci operations (an open‑pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since 1939. The operation consists of two concentrators, a crushed‑ore leach pad and stacking system, a low‑grade run‑of‑mine leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode.

What You Will Do

Under general supervision, ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Greet and escort guests to tables, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. Take food and beverage orders and serve dishes and drinks, including verifying age for alcohol service. Check in with guests during their meals and address any concerns. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant, including clearing tables. Prepare itemized checks and balance receipts. Stock service areas with necessary supplies. Perform other duties as required to support restaurant operations.

• Must be able to obtain position‑specific certifications within 1 month of employment (e.g., Food Handler, Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Training)

The estimated pay range for this role is currently$16.50 - $21.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job‑related factors.
