Job summary

Hoar Construction seeks an experienced MEPF Superintendent to support the General/Senior Superintendent in overseeing MEPF on complex projects. You will coordinate multiple trades, review documents, and drive safety, quality, and commissioning from site to completion.

The role requires 5–7 years of construction experience with MEPF, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, and proficiency in Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Mgmt, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction, with MEPF focus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily field operational objectives, timelines, and goals.
• Monitor project progress, review processes for consistency, efficiency and quality.
• Assist with planning of MEPF scopes, temporary utilities, and coordination with other trades.
• Review drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications.
• Support safety and QA programs; document inspections and testing.
• Assist in commissioning, pre-installation meetings, and start-up of systems.
• Maintain project logs, reports on personnel and production, and tracking budgets and schedules.
