Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, manage, and resolve field coordination issues with project teams. You will coordinate MEP scopes, review documents, and ensure alignment with project schedules for data center projects.

You must have a degree in construction or engineering, 8+ years in construction with supervisory experience, strong electrical/MEP background, and solid communication. The role offers competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or 10 years trade experience
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience with two years of supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor
• Strong electrical construction background with experience leading MEP scopes on large, complex projects
• Ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex data center projects
• Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
• Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
• Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level
• Positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills

The base pay range for this role is $111,400 - $167,100.

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
