Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to coordinate and resolve field issues with project teams. You will interact with staff at all levels, ensuring flexible, inventive, and confidential operations in a dynamic environment.

The role requires supervising MEP scopes, developing schedules, and maintaining strong customer relations. The position is based in the United States with comprehensive benefits and an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or 10 years trade experience
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience with two of those years having supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor
• Ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex data center projects
• Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
• Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level

• Current driver’s license

Summary

Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with an elevated level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success.

The base pay range for this role is $111,400 MIN - $167,100 MAX.

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
