Job summary

Yates Construction is seeking an MEP Superintendent to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on field projects. You will coordinate day-to-day MEP activities, review drawings, monitor installation quality and safety, and work closely with the project team to keep systems on schedule and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing or related building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong field coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, project management, design teams and field personnel.
• Prior supervisory or superintendent experience preferred.
• Data center, mission-critical or large commercial construction experience preferred.

Job description

The MEP Superintendent oversees the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes of construction projects in the field. This role coordinates subcontractors, monitors installation and progress, and works closely with the project team to ensure MEP systems are completed safely, correctly, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements.
