EverOn is seeking a Quality Superintendent to lead field QA/QC activities across Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Life Safety systems in mission-critical data center projects. You will verify installations, drive inspections, and coordinate with Construction, MEP, and Commissioning teams to ensure zero-defect quality.
Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in QA/QC for complex construction, familiarity with commissioning processes, and certifications like CQM or OSHA.

The Quality Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and executing field quality activities to ensure all construction, MEP systems, and commissioning-related installations comply with project specifications, client requirements, company standards, and industry best practices. This role serves as the primary field quality leader for assigned scopes and areas, ensuring inspections, testing, documentation, and deficiency management activities are completed in accordance with project requirements.
The Quality Superintendent works closely with Construction, MEP, Commissioning, and Trade Partners to promote a zero-defect culture and ensure systems are installed correctly the first time. In mission-critical and hyperscale environments, the focus is on quality execution, risk mitigation, system readiness, and delivering operationally ready facilities at turnover.
