I'm working a growing general contractor with a strong data center/mission-critical portfolio is looking for a Superintendent to run field operations on an active build in West Texas. You’d own day-to‑day site management, subcontractor coordination, and safety/schedule adherence, reporting directly to the VP of Field Operations.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

• $800 vehicle allowance -$2000 HSA card with benefits -20% bonus based on project completion -The 401(k) match is 100% of your salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of your compensation plus 50% of your salary deferrals between 3% and 5 % of your compensation subject to the plan documents.
