Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager, MEP - Manufacturing Market to lead complex projects from our Charlotte, NC office. You will coordinate design and engineering, manage subcontractors, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of related experience, strong cost analysis skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and cost analysis.
• Energetic, self-motivated team player with collaboration focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for MEP manufacturing market in Charlotte; coordinate design and engineering efforts.
• Estimate, review and negotiate subcontracts and contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor financial status, schedule, and progress; ensure safety and compliance on site.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; manage payments and changes.
• Supervise drafting staff and administrative support; enforce Gray’s safety program.
• Visit job sites as needed to verify progress and quality.
