Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager in Oglesby, IL to oversee HVAC and mechanical construction from preconstruction through completion.

You will develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing cost, time, scope, and quality, and supporting RFPs and preconstruction activities. Base salary to 110k/year with comprehensive benefits and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, scopes, and deliverables.
• Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project scope, costs, schedules, quality, change control, and change orders.
• Monitor project performance, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors, and project stakeholders to address technical, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Support RFPs and preconstruction activities, including technical planning, project scheduling, and cost estimates.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly project status reports.
• Maintain and improve project management processes, procedures, tools, and project controls.
• Coordinate project teams throughout project execution and completion.

Our client, a commercial contractor, is seeking an MEP Project Manager to oversee HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

This position will oversee the success of customer projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, administration, and client communication.

The MEP Project Manager will develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while managing cost, time, scope, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
