Job summary

Roxbury Engineering Associates, LLC is seeking an MEP Project Engineer to support design and delivery of building systems across multifamily, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, and institutional facilities in New Jersey. You will work with engineers, architects, developers, and contractors from site surveys through design, construction support, and completion.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of MEP design experience.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Experience developing building system designs and construction documents.
• Ability to independently manage project responsibilities from design to delivery.
• Willingness to perform site surveys and field investigations.
• Ability to work in field environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, above-ceiling spaces).

Responsibilities

• Design building systems for a variety of project types.
• Develop and modify construction documents in AutoCAD.
• Conduct site surveys and document existing conditions.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support projects from design through construction and closeout.
• Review submittals and construction docs for conformance with project requirements.
• Participate in construction administration and field observation activities as needed.
• Contribute to renovations, tenant improvements, and large-scale new construction developments.
