Job summary

Clune Construction Company seeks an Assistant MEP Coordinator to lead planning, installation, startup and commissioning of key MEP equipment in mission-critical and healthcare projects. You will coordinate MEP models, submittals, RFIs and commissioning docs, while working with subcontractors and vendors to close punch lists and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 2-5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Background in MEP trades and knowledge of construction methods a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to navigate 3D modeling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the MEP model and submittals for assigned projects.
• Provide expertise with MEP-related RFIs and track progress.
• Organize startup, commissioning documentation and close punch lists with subs and vendors.
• Manage commissioning activities and ownership of MOPs and cutover.
• Schedule vendor startup and commissioning and train clients.
