Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of preconstruction experience within commercial construction.
• Experience with Mission Critical, Data Centers, or Industrial Construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or ME/EE/Civil Eng preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts including proposals with budgets, schedules, and cost models.
• Develop detail scopes-of-work and coordinate with design teams to capture requirements.
• Perform constructability reviews and prepare cost models and risk plans.
• Develop and update project schedules to align with milestones.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; lead value engineering options to clients.
• Manage subcontractor procurement with operations and maintain client relationships.
• Support business development through client presentations, proposals, and interviews.
