The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company seeks an MEP Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities for multiple commercial projects in the Washington, DC metro area, including College Park, Arlington, and Herndon offices.
Candidates should have 3 to 20+ years in MEP management, strong leadership, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. PE/PMP/LEED are a plus; you will manage budgets, coordinate with architects/contractors, and ensure safety and code compliance.

Qualified candidates shall possess a 3 to 20+ years of experience in MEP management within construction or facilities management. This role required oversight of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities within a construction project and involves managing the MEP team, ensuring the proper installation and commissioning of MEP systems, coordinating with other project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Salary Range**The base salary range for this position represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting and is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to role, level, relevant education, experience, training, skills and abilities, location, and market and business considerations. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of the various factor identified above. The foregoing information reflects base salary only and does not include other forms of available compensation to which employees may be entitled including but not limited to profit sharing, appreciation rights, retirement compensation, travel subsistence, holiday contribution, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, healthcare (including dental and vision benefits), life insurance, disability insurance, and other compensations/benefits, which are dependent upon various factors including but not limited to years of service, location, performance, etc. The annual base salary range listed is subject to change at any time, in the Company's discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.

Salary Range $74,000.00 - $230,000.00
