Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in MEP design, mechanical or electrical engineering, building automation systems (BAS/BMS), controls, or building operations.
• Experience leading design teams or coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects from design through construction.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support project and client needs.
