Coulter Services in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a CAD Designer II to create detailed plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical drawings for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects.

You will produce coordinated models, layouts, and shop drawings, apply construction standards and codes, and collaborate with project managers, field teams, and engineers to resolve design clashes, improve constructability, and support design-build delivery.

Competenze

• Strong CAD drafting/modeling skills for plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering designs and translate them into compliant, detailed drawings.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and addressing field/constructability feedback.
• Knowledge of construction standards and relevant code requirements.
