• Drafting/drawing using Autodesk Revit.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of work.
• Cooperate with supervisors and team to complete tasks.
• Notify supervisor of conflicts or issues that may affect deadlines.
• Maintain good rapport with clients and coworkers through time management.

Summary:

A BIM /VDC Specialist’s responsibilities are to perform 3D modeling and 2D drafting tasks for a fast-growing BIM Services group within Excel Engineering’s Electrical Engineering Department. The position entails working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create professional and accurate BIM models, layout drawings, and modeling of electrical systems. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated hard worker who enjoys the opportunity of working on a diverse array of projects. Candidate should be able to work well both independently, as well as in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
