Job summary

HDR, Inc. is searching for a BIM/Revit Model Coordinator in Denver, Colorado, to support the design and documentation of MEP systems using Revit and BIM tools. Responsibilities include maintaining models, creating BIM Execution Plans, and preparing detailed project drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and operations of building systems.
• Advanced skillset in 3D coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Maintain MEP models including project information and constraints.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams using Revit.
