You will support MEP scopes across preconstruction to commissioning, coordinate BIM/clash detection, and help manage critical systems installation in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience managing MEP scopes on complex projects.
• Experience with electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, and mission-critical redundancy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-reliability environments.
• Experience with commissioning processes and integrated testing.

Responsibilities

• Support management of MEP scopes on large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning.
• Assist with design development coordination, constructability reviews, and BIM/clash detection.
• Support oversight of critical systems installation including power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, cooling, fire protection, and BMS/EPMS.
• Help manage MEP schedules, phasing plans, and sequencing to align with project milestones.
• Assist in subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, contract administration, and performance tracking.
• Support QA/QC processes, inspections, and compliance with mission-critical standards.
• Track budgets, cost reports, change management, and documentation for MEP scopes.
• Participate in commissioning planning, functional testing, and integrated system testing.
• Assist with closeout activities including O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, and turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, design consultants, commissioning agents, and owner representatives.
• Support safety compliance, site logistics planning, and workface coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, reporting, and MEP deliverables tracking.
• Proactively identify issues and support risk mitigation planning.
• Contribute to preconstruction efforts including budgeting support, constructability input, and trade engagement.
