Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certificates preferred in Plant Science, Horticultural Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in learning all aspects of landscape management.
- Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Work with a mentor to develop your own management style.
- Excel beyond what is taught in textbooks and apply learnings in the field.
- Work hands-on in the field with our crews.
- Participate in monthly Branch Management meetings and review company financials.
- Professional development opportunities to build skills and confidence.
