AUTOSOL is seeking a Junior Engineer to join the AIM Program, a structured early-career development track in SCADA, automation, and industrial software. You will support live projects under supervision while participating in formal training, mentorship, and hands-on learning.

Placement within Application Engineering, SCADA Integration, Communications, or Software Support will be based on business needs and your interests and skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in a technical field.
• Interest in automation, SCADA or industrial systems.
• Basic programming, networking, or control systems concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support SCADA and industrial automation projects under supervision.
• Execute tasks: tag creation and configuration, basic scripting, system testing, documentation updates.
• Participate in structured training sessions and workshops.
• Learn common SCADA tools, architectures, and protocols.
• Assist with troubleshooting and system verification.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams.
• Contribute to internal tool and documentation improvements.
