Qualifications

• DVM/VMD with an active state license.
• New grads welcome — mentorship is built in.
• Fear Free Certified or willing to obtain certification (training provided).
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Desire to grow career in an innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, Fear Free medical, surgical, and dental care with time to treat each patient.
• Grow through apprenticeship-style mentorship with partner doctors across the full spectrum of care.
• Diagnose and treat cases in general practice, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness.
• Communicate clearly with clients, presenting treatment options with empathy and transparency.
• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians to foster a positive hospital culture.
• Partner with hospital leadership to review performance and improve processes.
• Engage in outreach and client education to strengthen community ties.
• Pursue leadership or ownership opportunities through our Partner Doctor model.
