Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Admitted to Missouri bar; ability to become licensed in IL, KS, IA or NE.
• Strong written and oral communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and staff as a team.
• Assist with trial preparation, evidence and presentations for trial.
• Handle depositions, mediations, conferences and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs and other documents.
