POSITION SUMMARY: Provide job-embedded instructional mentoring to support the professional growth and effectiveness of non-tenured teachers, teachers new to Calvert County Public Schools, and identified teachers requiring additional support. Facilitate a structured mentoring experience that emphasizes instructional practice, student achievement, and teacher development through consistent, data-informed, and differentiated support aligned to the Teacher Induction Program.

Position requires significant periods of standing and walking and is performed in a typical school environment.

Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with the policy on evaluation as established by the Calvert County Public Schools.
