Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent required.
• Licensure in working state is mandatory.
• Ability to show compassion towards pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose problems.
• Treat and dress wounds.
• Perform surgery on animals.
• Advise animal owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments.
