Qualifications

• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Solid onboarding grounding, plus BambooHR you can pick up on the fly.
• Real proficiency with BambooHR, plus willingness to learn Exit Interviews fast.
• Prior experience working on-site in Roseville, CA, or willingness to relocate.
• Judgment seasoned by at least 5 years of real consequences.
• Comfort presenting to a CA-wide audience without a script.

Responsabilités

• Sit between 360 Degree Feedback and Exit Interviews teams as the person who makes the call
• Catch the ambitious risk in a contract before legal even opens it
• Tighten the reporting loop until bad news travels in hours, not weeks
• Read the Goal Setting signals early enough to steer before the quarter closes
• Apply 360 Degree Feedback expertise to model scenarios and inform key decisions
• Pin down the unit economics before Commerce Solutions Group pours fuel on growth
• Keep the operating model from breaking as Roseville headcount doubles
