Job summary

Dayton Children's Hospital is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Mental Health II unit at the Mathile Center. The RN will provide nursing care, work with an interdisciplinary team, and focus on patient- and family-centered care.

Education includes an Associate degree in nursing with an goal to obtain a BSN within 5 years; Ohio RN license and CPR certification are required. PRN schedule with at least 36 hours in 6 weeks and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing (required).
• Dedicated to obtaining BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Registered Nursing license in state of Ohio and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per ANA and Ohio Board standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient and family health needs.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care in the Mental Health Unit at the Mathile Center.

Education
