REACH Behavioral Health in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide direct clinical care at day treatment facilities. You will collect information about clients through interviews, observations, and assessments, and develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.

You will counsel clients individually and with families to support treatment goals, coordinate services, and collaborate with staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifikationen

• Ohio licensure required (LSW, LISW, LISW-S, PC, PCC or PCC-S).
• Knowledge of child/family development and counseling techniques (DSM-5).
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong written and verbal skills.

• Collect information about clients through interview, observation, and assessment tools.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
• Counsel clients individually to assist in overcoming dependencies and life adjustments.
• Counsel family members to support clients and coordinate services.

• Refer patients to community resources when necessary.
• Maintain confidential treatment records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio laws and CARF policies.
• Attend staff meetings.
