INNERPEACE THERAPY in California seeks a licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, and guide patients through crises. You will provide school-based mental health services, including group and individual therapy, with crisis management as needed.

The role involves intake assessments, developing individualized plans, and documenting progress while adhering to licensing standards. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field.
• Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license and/or associate intern number with BBS.
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.
