Job summary

Senior Life Solutions in Peru, IN is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our intensive outpatient program for older adults. The role emphasizes group therapy with opportunities for individual and family sessions, collaborating with a small multidisciplinary team.

We offer supervision for provisionally licensed therapists and social workers, a Monday–Friday schedule with no holidays, weekends, or on-call, plus competitive benefits and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state; LISW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT may apply.
• Experience with older adults and group-based therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small multidisciplinary team to serve seniors.
• Use evidence-based approaches; update treatment plans with the team.
• Provide Medicare-compliant documentation within required timeframes.
• Primary focus on group therapy; provide individual and family sessions as needed.
• Assist with local community education and patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Location: Peru, IN onsite

Schedule: Mon-Fri (No holidays, weekends, or on-call)

Pay: Up to $95,000/year based on experience and licensure

Patient Population: Older adults ages 65 and up

Note: PMC can provide supervision for provisionally licensed therapists and social workers if needed. Terms will apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population
• Use evidenced based therapeutic approaches and develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with your team
• Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within a designated timeframe
• Our main focus is utilizing group therapy but also include:
• Individual sessions
• Family therapy (as needed)
• Assist with local community education
• Other duties as assigned
