Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT or soon‑to‑be) to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic in Gettysburg, PA. This role primarily provides outpatient therapy to adults, children, and adolescents in a supportive, team‑based health system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field.
• Licensed or near licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT upon hire or nearing completion (LAPC, LAMFT, LSW).

• Provide outpatient therapy to adults, children, and adolescents.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

Licenses:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required or

• LAPC, LAMFT, LSW will be considered that is nearing completion of above licensures
