Geode Health, Inc. in the Austin area is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LPC-A) to diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions with evidence-based care.

The role supports a hybrid schedule (three days onsite, two days telehealth), includes clinical supervision, CME reimbursement, and a competitive compensation package with a quality incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Active LPC-A license in the state of Texas.
• At least one year of clinical supervision completed; strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency with an EMR system and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Desire to grow professionally through clinical supervision and feedback.

Requirements
