Job summary

MePA is hiring full-time and part-time Therapists to join our outpatient team. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office. Locations include Quincy and other MA communities.

You will have autonomy over your schedule with telehealth options, weekly case consultations, and supervision opportunities (LCSW/LICSW). A comprehensive benefits package and a performance-based compensation model are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide outpatient therapy, with comfort in telehealth.
• Experience with supervision structures (LCSW/LICSW) or LMHC/MHC settings preferred.
• Strong commitment to ethics and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy on a weekday basis.
• Participate in weekly case consultations and supervision as needed.
• Support a hybrid telehealth model including home-office sessions.
