Vitae Health Systems is seeking a qualified Psychotherapist to deliver mental health services to skilled nursing facility residents. You will assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral conditions, supporting overall well-being and adjustment to medical life changes.
Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, individual/group/family therapy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care. Licensure and geriatric experience preferred.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Exempt
COMPENSATION: The hiring range for this position is $70,000–$90,000, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses; candidates may also choose between a base salary structure or a variable compensation plan (commission), which may provide higher earning potential
