Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social sciences in psychology, counseling, social work or related field; licensed as required.
• Must have valid Tennessee driver’s license with good driving record.
• Duties may require after-hours work and travel to organizational sites.
• CPR/First Aid training provided by the organization.

Aufgaben

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of clinical documentation per MCO and licensing requirements.
• Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments to identify needs.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Conduct individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions with evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers for coordinated care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical practice and documentation standards.
