Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for the Vancouver 65th St. Behavioral Health Clinic.

The role focuses on individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, and treatment planning within a collaborative care team. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and be licensed in Washington.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work which includes coursework in psychological diagnostics.
• Four or more years of clinical experience in the field.
• Must hold and maintain an active Washington State license (Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker).
• Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire and maintain it.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.
• Provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment plans; lead groups.
• Coordinate with medication providers, primary care physicians, and other community agencies.
• Ensure compliance with WACs, RCWs, and clinical contracts; assist in chart reviews and supervision as needed.
