Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulation.
• Licensure pursuits and professional development supported by the organization.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations timely.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
