Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFC or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulations if required.
• Licensure leading to professional licensing.
• Strong commitment to ethics and client confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Willingness for ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Collaborative with multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and admin staff.
