Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions seeks a licensed professional for full-time roles in Beachwood, OH. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, provide patient visits, and maintain up-to-date treatment plans.

Strong documentation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are essential. Requirements include a Social Work degree with therapy experience or a Master's in Social Work/Professional Counseling and active licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Current license or eligibility: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S.
• Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Provide patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensure treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Complete comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicate and follow up regarding the client's status.
• Collaborate with case management and psychiatric services.
