Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Mental Health Therapist.
• Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation within required timelines.
• Willingness to supervise staff and student interns when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical procedures and guidelines as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and case presentations.
• Supervise Care Coordinators during initial intakes.
• Provide supervision and consultation to staff and student interns.
• Deliver patient-centered therapy using multiple modalities (group, individual, family).
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of screenings, assessments and referrals.
• Advocate for patients' access to community resources.
• Collaborate on treatment plans with patient, family and team.
• Coordinate communication with the treatment team for optimal patient care.
• Monitor progress and manage discharge planning with appropriate referrals.
