ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a full-time Therapist (LSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide diagnostic assessments, scheduled patient visits, and up-to-date treatment plans. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with collaboration across case management and psychiatric services to ensure quality client outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Licensed as LSW/LISW/LISW-S/LPC/LPCC/LPCC-S or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.
